Ceasefire violation – Israeli Navy attack – economic sabotage: Khan Yunis – 11:15, the Israeli Navy opened fire on, and pursued, Palestinian fishing boats off Khan Yunis.

Israeli Army attack on village – 2 wounded – 1 injured: Jenin – 00:30, Israeli Occupation forces, firing live ammunition, rubber-coated bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters raided the village of Faqou'a, wounding two people, including a 16-year-old youth, Izz El-Din Majdi Abu Khamis, who sustained serious wounds. Another villager, Osaid Al-Khatib, was run over by an Israeli Army military vehicle.

Israeli settler terrorism: Ramallah – 23:00, armed Israeli settlers opened fire towards a man, Murad Abu Sharafa, near the entrance to the al-Jalazoun refugee camp.

Home invasion and abduction: Bethlehem – 04:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar and abducted a 16-year-old youth: Karim Amer Taqatqa.

Israeli Army stun grenades and tear gas canisters: Qalqiliya – 16:40, Jaljuliya checkpoint: stun grenades and tear gas gas canisters.

Israeli Army rubber-coated bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters – population-control: Qalqiliya – 02:15, the Israeli Army fired rubber-coated bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters at people making their way to work near Hablat.

With worldwide attention now firmly focused on the human misery being imposed by Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Israel's daily human rights violations are likely to fade even more from public view – no doubt with much relief within pro-Zionist circles. That being the case, the defence of Palestinian human rights must continue to be even more vigorously supported.
