Ceasefire violation – Israeli Navy attack – hijackings – economic sabotage: Rafah – 02:30, the Israeli Navy opened fire on, and pursued, Palestinian fishing boats off Rafah, hijacking two vessels and taking prisoner four crew members: Bayan Khamis Bakr, Rami Ezzat Bakr, Mahmoud Yahya Bakr and Mohammed Nahid Bakr.
Israeli Army attack – 2 villagers shot dead: Jenin – dawn, Israeli Occupation forces, near the al-Jalama checkpoint, opened fire on and killed two Kafr Dan villagers: Ahmed Ayman Ibrahim Abed and Abd al-Rahman Hani Subhi Abed.
